Twenty years ago, the Greater Fall River Partners for a Healthy Community was formed to assist the City of Fall River and the surrounding communities of Somerset, Swansea and Westport make improvements that will lead to healthier lives. Those 20 years of development were celebrated at an event held on September 18, 2013 in the Commonwealth Center at Bristol Community College. Included in that celebration was the debut of a 34-minute retrospective video scripted by Michael Coughlin, shot by Rene Kochman and Phil Sabatino of FRG-TV, and edited by David Weed.
