Lambert, Jr. addressed the gathered crowd and led them in reading the Anti-defamation League's "A World of Difference" Institute Pledge. CD-Recreation will run free activity programs from 10:30 a.m to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in Ruggles Park, North Park, Father Diaferio Village, Abbott Court, Kennedy Park, Lafayette Park and Pulaski Park.
