Bioreserve Science Club
Action Plan Participant:
Trustees of Reservations

Fall River's nearly 14,000 acre bioreserve area is managed by The Trustees of Reservations, In partnership with the Family Service Association, the Trustees will offer an after-school science club with field trips to the Bioreserve to increase awareness of the Bioreserve and its role in protecting biodiversity, and clean air and water. Goal:

To increase awareness of the Bioreserve and its role in protecting biodiversity, and clean air and water.

Method(s):

Children will take three trips to the Bioreserve with pre and post trip activities
Timeline:          

Fall 2006 to Winter 2007

Indicators:        Children will be able to explain what the Bioreserve is and why it is important

How citizens can  get involved:

Volunteer opportunities, attend public programs
