Britland Park Renovations
Action Plan Participant:  City of Fall River, Board of Park Commissioners

Fall River is one of just four communities in Massachusetts to receive a special state grant for the restoration and expansion of Britland Park. Totaling $57,000, the grant will be used to complete the final design plan, the addition of trails and general restoration of the park. The grant is part of Urban River Visions Implementation and is designed to assist communities in reclaiming their riverfront areas.

To increase the availability and appearance of recreational space at Britland Park

How citizens can  get involved:

Advocate for funding for parks; use the renovated space for recreation.
