The Grudge Action Plan Participant: Flint Village West Neighborhood Association |

The Flint Village West Neighborhood Association intends to remove as much of the graffiti (in particular gang symbols) as soon as possible. Current technology permits complete removal of most spay paint markings within 72 hours. This will be done by arranging to offer the means to remove the markings to property owners in the Flint Neighborhood. Removal of gang markings helps to reduce gang rivalry and "ownership" of territory within the city. |
