Martial Arts
The martial arts, including Judo, Karate and Tang So Do, offer a popular
form of exercise and self-defense. These sports help to develop
self-confidence as well as balance, strength, flexibility, coordination,
timing, and mental focus. Programs for children and adults are offered at a
variety of locations in Fall River. Fees vary but scholarships are available
at the CD-REC program.
