Swimming

Swimming is one of the best cardiovascular exercises. It is low-impact thereby enabling many with other disabilities to get this kind of vigorous exercise.

Fall River is the only major Southeastern Massachusetts cities with a municipal swimming pool and has the good fortune of having two facilities, one at Lafayette Park operated by the Commonwealth and one at Kennedy Park operated by the City.
