Non-profit Fitness Programs
 

Y.M.C.A. of Greater Fall River A wide variety of fitness for adults and youth is provided at the YMCA, 199 N. Main Street. Call  508-675-784 for further information.
Bristol Community College Fitness Center
The Fitness Center provides fitness equipment and exercise classes for enrolled students, faculty members, staff members or alumnae.

 

B.M.C. Durfee High School Wellness Center The Center has over thirty aerobic and strength stations along with a comprehensive heart monitoring system for all enrolled students.
CD-REC Neighborhood Fitness Center The Fitness Center offers state-of-the art equipment, a satellite link for an LCD television, and a training schedule that will accommodate nearly everyone.
Older Adult Fitness Program The Fall River Council on Aging offers a fitness program for adults over age 60 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday morning at the Niagara-Maplewood Senior Center on Stafford Road.
St. Anne's Fitness After 45 Saint Anne's Hospital offers a monthly "Just for You" speaker series, to promote knowledge of health topics of interest to women. Call 508-235-5289 for more information.
Diabetes Association The Diabetes Association at 170 Pleasant St. offers basic exercises to increase flexibility and increase circulation. Call 508-672-5671 for more information.
