Walking Events & Resources Fall River has a number of events to encourage walking as well as a number of scenic places to walk. In fact, the entire city is walk-able given the abundance of sidewalks and the relatively short distances among parts of the city. Click here to access a map of recommended walking paths throughout the city, each designating the length of the route in miles and calorie equivalents. Starting in the spring of 2007, each path will have a designated bulletin board where walkers can record their walks, meet other walkers and get information about other walking locations throughout the city. |
